We are thrilled to announce Sail 2 of the Hallmark Channel Christmas Cruise! Sailing the high seas November 17-21, 2024, Sail 2 will feature the same captivating Christmas experiences, the same destinations and will occur on the same ship, Norwegian Gem. Hallmark Channel stars may vary between sailings and each cruise will have its own unique Countdown to Christmas world premiere movie.

What is the booking order for Sail 2 and when will I have a chance to book?
Guests who joined the Sail 1 Waiting List by Tuesday, August 1, will have first access to book a cabin on Sail 2. Their Early Booking Times (EBTs) will be auto-assigned based on their place on the Sail 1 Waiting List. Bookings will begin on Monday, August 7th.
The second group to get priority will be those who signed up for initial Hallmark Channel Christmas Cruise pre-sale and didn’t get a chance to book before Sail 1 sold out. Their Early Booking Times will be based on the original EBT order from the Sail 1 pre-sale, which was based on how early they joined the pre-sale.
Pending availability, the general public may be able to book a cabin beginning at 2:00pm ET on Thursday, August 10th.
What is the difference between Sail 1 and Sail 2?

Can I book a cabin on Sail 1 and Sail 2?
First access to Sail 2 will be given to those who signed up for the Waiting List by Tuesday, August 1 and secondly, to those that were assigned a booking time for the initial Hallmark Channel Christmas Cruise pre-sale but didn’t get a chance to book before it sold out. Pending availability, the general public, and those booked on Sail 1, may be able to book a cabin beginning at 2:00pm ET on Thursday, August 10th.
If I’m booked on Sail 1, can I transfer to Sail 2?
We are overwhelmed by the excitement and enthusiasm for the Hallmark Channel Christmas Cruise and are happy to be able to share the opportunity with a new group of guests that were not able to book on Sail 1! Pending availability, guests currently booked on Sail 1 will have the opportunity to transfer their reservation to Sail 2 after 2:00pm ET on August 10th.
